Print File Guidelines
To ensure the highest quality print results, please follow these guidelines when preparing your file.
File Format: Submit files in high-resolution PDF, AI, EPS, or TIFF formats.
Resolution: Ensure images are at least 300 DPI for clear and sharp prints.
Color Mode: Set your file to CMYK color mode to match printing standards.
Bleed Area: Include a 1/8 inch (3mm) bleed on all sides to avoid white edges.
Fonts and Text: Convert all fonts to outlines or embed them within the file.
Safety Margin: Keep important elements at least 1/4 inch (6mm) away from the edge.
Proofing: Double-check spelling, images, and layout before submission.
